NHC i think will be slow and steady until analysts wake up to the fact it's generating great cashflow and profits.
February quarterly boost into March half year announcement but until then fingers crossed we get acland stage 3 approval.
Once we get this the results will speak for themselves to lift the share price a lot higher than current price
