    Be careful when spec companies talk of dividends .. talk i cheap. Even if they do gain an income, i don't know of any spec oiler who's willing to pay a dividend.

    They'd rather keep the dough in house, grow the coy, and their fees. There's always an excuse why they cannot repay shareholders faith!

    let's hope MXO is different!
