The Under the Radar mob gave SWL a plug on 1/12/16, and recommended a spec buy. Basically, it published a new-broom story - John Kirkwood, MD of about 13 months is more likely to do better than the previous MD, rather than not do so. Balance sheet is OK. Cashflow is OK.
I do not hold SWL, and never have, but in past years I looked at it, and wondered why its SP was so high.
