The way buying has been lately looks like someone is getting set. Nicely controlled, buyer still wants more. A quick glympse happened during the week where someone decided to take a stake in RGS. That size stake only small in the big scheme of things 300k was enough to cause a lack of supply ( sellers). Going by the charts the next leg up is getting setup now. Shares will be very scarce to buy when time comes. IMHO time to get set now.
