A broker I know had a meeting with a couple of board members a few weeks back.

He said one of the conversations brought up by auscann was that they see themselves as a takeover target.
Must admit I didn't read too much into it as I hear these type of rumours quite often but now looking how hard canopy is pushing to buy up internationally we could be the piece of be puzzle for south east Asia expansion.
