"does not compete with Intueri"
How does this not compete with the Australian arm of IQE? e.g. they offer a diploma of business..!!?? I'm sure there's some good logic there somewhere that can be justified........
As always with these guys, another transaction full of conflicts (not only in relation to IQE)
These things tend to take time to until they effect shareholders, and the clock is ticking
