Who purchased Admiral Bay?, page-7

I just noticed this while reading over some past ann's

"PLD will buy the Admiral Bay zinc project south of Broome from the liquidators of failed miner Kagara for $500,000 plus a $500,000 convertible note and a 1.5 per cent net smelter royalty. A further milestone payment of $2.5 million in cash or shares will be paid on the third anniversary of the start of production."

Who exactly is the benefactor of that 1.5% smelter royalty, and the $2.5m cash in when production starts at some very distant future date?

I'm sure all KZL holders will receive a cheque in the mail.. yeah right
