that is exactly "how" I viewed STO also ......
plse do the same analysis on my (personal) fave - ORG .....
PB - plse (please !!) review the data on shaleprofile.com
and then look carefully at the EIA "forecasts" ........
you should be able to work out that one if them is "fulloftheproverbial" .......
from EIA data - you should be able to estimate how many wells are required to hold shale prod "flat" .......
I keep asking myself - why would a bank lend to a company that is developing a shale / tightoil project - if its npv negative.........given what has transpired regarding "write-offs" of loans ......in short - access to additional capital to meet the EIA forecasts is "large" ......
