Yeah, sure does highlight the lack of regulation from ASX and ASIC and how little protection there is to Retail shareholders.
Instead of paying $6m up front for a bunch of tenements, a more practical approach would have been to pay a percentage with the rest paid dependant on exploration results to avoid getting ripped off.
