    Signal and the noise, by nate silver??

    The noise are the local short sellers, the signal could be the warrant holders shorting? I don't know how this could be checked but, there only 385m shares outstanding?

    54m warrants fully shorted means 14% , plus the noise, could mean maximum shorting of 25-30%, assuming half the shorters are noise
