249,978,380 old shares plus
62.5M new capital raising shares plus
75M vendor acquisition shares plus
50M transaction shares
plus 76M in the money 2 cent options, worth $1.5M in cash
total script = 513.5 M x 4.3 cents = $22M less $1.5M options cash = $20.5M for 80% ownership
then divide by 80% ownership for 100% equivalent = $25.7M
