Thanks @stotes - 11 million accumulated in 5 months, must be a lot of churn within their client base as lowering the price to buy more doesn't seem worthwhile for that volume of shares given the phone would be ringing from clients that got in at the 3c mark.
Recent weakness likely due to no aggressive net buyer in the market at present.
