I was totally joking! It was that close I couldn't resist throwing the idea in for fun.

3.6m is still higher than my middle door. Great to get a decent sized boat in on it's trailer.

Have you got it open or divided?
That's a fair old cut in the hillside. Concrete slab?
I can see the rainwater pipes snaking off to the rear so I guess you have a fair sized tank back there? It's a decent sized roof to justify it.
