The reality is, if the sales flow the directors will be granted shares / options for meeting performance targets.

Why would they buy on market and put their on capital at risk if they can be granted free stock / options?

Don't get me wrong, i'd love to see it happen, however I think the chances are pretty slim. Especially with continuous disclosure regulations and Directors being on the 'inside'. It would raise a few alarms the the regulator if we see a director buying and then in the following weeks we have the Prime Tender contract finalised....
