Hi. Understand disclosure rules (was an investment adviser for 20 yrs). What the investor world hates is lack of updates and the confusion that ensues. Not asking them to say what they shouldn't or can't by law or regulations. But come on - keep the shareholders updated on progress and plans etc. obviously I still think the company will come up trump(s) (pun intended) otherwise I would no longer be here. But trust in management plays a huge role in share price for many of these minnows. Their lack of respect for shareholders and relaying info is in my opinion keeping the share price low. Now management typically don't care about that unles they want to sell themselves, but it's not just their money in this company so they should manage shareholder expectations also in order to have my respect. Also, lack of respect by management can tend to be a symptom that can cause other ailments. It's a cause for concern for me as an investor - it ups the risk component. I, of course, am hoping to be proved very wrong tomorrow. I'm still a believer I just expect and demand more openness from my management team.
