Looks like nervous s/h are selling at 1.52 in absence of any further info. Atleast management should write to individual shareholders informing deal and expected time completion.
As per the Substantial Shareholders Notice of 11/7/2003 it appears Directors sold their shares at 1.57 and collected cash.
Anybody suspects deal??
