Actions of a rogue quant-driven algo, methinks.
One that is programmed to kick in by software that is able to interpret certain "share price catalyst" text/phrases contained in company publications.
Given REH's liquidity constraints the stock should have been excluded from the stock target universe by the algo's programmers.
On more important matters, I thought this morning's announcement portends something reasonably meaningful about the company's future.
What exactly that might be, I'm not quite sure yet, but I sense it is something not insignificant.
