Remember the day's we had just the 1 buyer on screen. Merger papers have been mailed out. Once we lodge our vote it is my understanding that we aren't permitted to sell until after the vote result so look out for a significant drop off on anything for sale.
I'd say there are a few interested parties like yourself sitting back, waiting to see how it unfolds. I've been adding more this week.
