"The gas volumes emanating from Marco Polo and Columbus is highly encouraging and potentially an early indication that oil reserves remain in virgin territory. Under initial reservoir conditions in a formation, gas is found in solution in crude oil. As reservoir pressure decreases, less gas can be contained in solution in the oil, and the gas bubbles out as a separate phase in the reservoir formation."

That paragraph contradicts itself , first it states gas volumes emanating indicate virgin territory , then states as reserve pressure decreases the gas bubbles out as a separate phase .
Here I see a flare so the gas has bubbled out so is it like they say first off:
1)coming from a virgin formation or
2)like it states later from a reserve where pressure has decreased and I am assuming that decrease is because of not being virgin and part of a formation that has allready been under pump .

The flame off can not be both a virgin formation or a formation that has already had pressure taken off it due to pumping , which is it ????????????
