So Wayne is suing for $607,227.11 for unpaid long service leave and holiday @ $415/hr, whilst CDU are countersuing Wayne in an almost exact replica of the QMN case, because it wasn't voted on by shareholders. So they're claiming back $816,450 of the $873,340 they paid him to go away, plus interest plus costs.
