I don't blame a plant for poor management. Have a look at the companies (and their management) that have owned it before, other than Normandy not exactly names that instill confidence.
It's up to EAR to execute proper refurbishment and careful production planning. I'm trusting they will do this.
Sure better than leaving it to Kohler for another decade of procrastination.
