Yes Kylesh, Free options can be reverted to free cash with no personal exertion. There are long term shareholders who have bought shares at 3 - 4 cents. If the share price miraculously hits 2 cents, there will be a lot of shareholders still in the red but the directors get to exercise the options and cash in. If they believe in the company so much, why not make the exercise price at 5 cents and that way their free options can be justified on performance. A share price of 2 cents is still a long way from their promises of the past.
