So let me get this straight.

They had plenty of money in the bank, they then raised $350k which will be "applied" to search for a new project and working capital in what seemed to be less than favourable terms to current holders and now we wait... Did they run out of Qantas points to upgrade and needed funds for first class while they travel the globe in style???

I have no doubt that the SP will spike upon release of acquisition but the question is WHEN... Months, Years?
Common management, give us something to work with here.
