Has anyone had a look at the preso?
Web2TV - FY16 Rev = $608000 @ 8000(+) rooms = $6.33 per user/month Purchase price = $1.925mill
Could be worse if you add up more than the 8000 rooms.
Liv Ntwrk - FY16 Rev = $ 908000 @ 1736 Subscribers = $43.59 per user/month Purchase price = $0.8mill
I am guessing they feel they can substantially build Web2TV revenue??
