Thanks for your figures. When i worked on Urgent's after tax 15 profit of $731k I assumed 30% tax would have been paid so came to $1M profit b4 tax.
The company has $53M in retained losses so should not be paying tax for a few years yet.
@Klogg - if you manage to follow up the co on the conditions, would appreciate your feedback afterwards.
