Had another look. Nothing much there to be honest. The only part that isn't background info (apart from the first sentence) is:
"MOD’s September quarter report said that it was continuing discussions with third parties on Sams Creek for a potential transaction. This has taken in site visits to evaluate the commercial potential."
Maybe there is a bit more that he knows but cant say (hence the article).
