This is a very good point. That is a substantial disposal, and a serious change of voting rights and ownership. And yes, what about the Options? You have basically ceded control of a valuable asset (an LIC) that you spent a lot of time and money listing

What if he were the one who bought the 30 million shares. Wouldn't that just hand him control of the LIC?
Would all this need a shareholder vote?
