Yes - does any one know the background to ASF Resources / Min Yang's involvement.

Given resignation as director - my guess is that they will keep selling down the balance 5% as well.

Surprising that a holder with 10% of the company would sell out at a 20% discount to the current offewr price this close to the take over date.

Was this 10% part of the 60% supporting the take over and will it have any bearing on the outcome of the vote?

Or is this just another re-shuffle of holdings between the HK / China contingent?

Note that Jade Silver is also a major shareholder in ASF Group http://www.asfgroupltd.com/investor-centre/top-20-shareholders/ as well as MKO
