- Kimberley diamonds- Lerala Diamond Mines Ltd,unit of Kimberley Diamonds Ltd had entered into offtake sales agreement with Alpha Capital Pty Ltd trading
- Kimberley Diamonds - Lerala also intends to commence legal action against capital diamonds for damages and false representations
- Capital Diamonds Botswana defaults offtake agreement with Lerala Diamond Mines Limited
- Kimberley Diamonds - Capital Diamonds has failed to make payment for first parcel of diamonds it had agreed to acquire under offtake agreement
