Don't 'trade the news'. Just in general, markets react on sentiment, there doesn't necessarily have to be a physical, logical reason for why they react the way they do.
Now whether this is good news or bad news remains to be seen. Just focus on your own research, get a value, and if you are confident in your research, stick to your guns.
When I first started investing, I was always doubting my research, for one company I bought, my research valued it at $2. I bought in at $1.50, and on the day of the annual report, the share price tanked to $1.10 (roughly), even though it was a positive annual report (it just didn't meet hyped expectations) I panicked and sold immediately making a loss, but months later the share price was $2.10.
