Can't see anything unreasonable in the AGM resolutions, even the share payments in lieu of cash given the cash-flow negative position still.
Pity the price has come off though as a bit of a hill to climb to get to the minimum threshold of 20 cents for the chair but if gets there in a reasonable time then all good.
