If you watch the clip carefully you will realise that at the end of the trailer it is not even Mark Ryan that spoke the line : "Four Corners doesn't come down unless the community is concerned, I get that... I would be happier if we just slid under your radar and you hadn't been here, but you're here."Company CEO
Mr Ryan is the MD and CEO of Tassal.
ABC Four Corners, just looking at the trailer, is attempting to compile a whole lot of clips from various salmon companies. This is what page 7 of Tassal's statement on Tasmanian Salmon Sustainability (24 Oct 2016) referred to when it asked Four Corners to carefully label each footage with the correct country, and company.
Perhaps Four Corners doesn't want to point fingers here, but clearly it has created some negative sentiment towards Tassal by not pointing fingers properly.
Your absolutely right, the clip doesn't sound great particularly the suspenseful music they put in, so I won't be tuning in on Monday! Looks like an attempt to gain viewers after another round of budget cuts to ABC by the government up to A$20million.
