I had this little red dot in the centre of my chest right above the heart and when I went for a check up the skin scan doctor said it was a basal carcinoma I used efidex cream on it and the whole area on my chest turned red, I have used the cream over 2 6 week periods with a break of a month inbetween.
And still I have to follow up, don't go out in the sun when you are young without sunscreen and protection or pay for it like me later on.
