Remember eMark that INL holds an option to purchase the remain 50% in SciDev
Option expires February 2017 and I doubt the Option date would be further extended
My guess is that INL will have to raise funds if they proceed with this Option and they would only exercise their Option if forwards sales of this Opti Flox system have been secured
So watch for good news over next few months followed by increase in share price and CR at well over 2c
