The proposed resolutions for the upcoming AGM tend to give away what they are up to. Refresh existing Directors, plenty of (understatement) new shares to go around and dilute existing disenfranchised shareholders and a name change to "Pacific Dairies Limited".

I suspect the previous farms have been walked away from but then one would expect an announcement of some sort there as well and I wonder what underpins the flipping over of auditors.
