Coca-Cola Beverages (European Operations) was demerged from CCL, and susbsequently merged with other CC companies in the region to become Coca-Cola Hellenic.

I cant recall the exact details of the transaction, it was well before I started taking any real interest in Coca-Cola Amatil. Back then it was one fcuk up after another, missing their targets, board changes ... you name it.
