It seems to me that if nothing else there is a lack of judgement at CWN
Kerry Packer had excellent judgement
Those that come after may have the money and the accountants but maybe cannot see the noses on their own faces.
The mess in Macau is an example but as the pressure mounts on and in other areas such as Barangarooo we may see this lack of judgement appear in other parts of the Empire.
All empires fall in time as the conditions which lead to their founding change
