Maybe! But when it goes ex div you might see it go to low $10's.
Banks have the high div rates since the risks they carry are quite substantial, any financial shocks or community price rises will make repayments harder or even cause credit card difficultie! House prices seem ok but units are in oversupply. Investments especially may be comming off ,so future bank income in its traditional base will become much more competitive.
I sold out a few weeks ago, but am keeping an eye on events.
