Mate, I really didn't follow LNG much after the abandoned Gladstone plans with Shell?.
From what I understand from past, USA was a LNG importer. LNG have a modular LNG Plant system for what I believe is for LNG export plans due to the large increase in gas, mainly associated from the shale oil revolution/ production.
There SP of course related to LNG demand, and hence the big pullback from run few years ago. There would be much more up to date guys on the LNG thread then me spec
