I don't think you can put much credence in the queue. Many big players do not show their hand by putting in an order that is going to sit in the queue and possibly cause the price to go the opposite way. A very large sell order a few points above where the stock is trading is likely to push the price down as buyers anticipate they will get the stock a lot cheaper if they wait a while. Instead the large traders wait until the price moves to where they want it and then put in an order that they know will get executed at the price they want.
