It looks like there is a lot of overhang & they hit anything over 28.5 , probably nothing will happen till they secure funding - all the offtakes in the world won't make much difference if the project isn't funded . Only other option is to hit shareholders & it is too big an ask. Sometimes offtake partners will partially fund - if they have the resources & want to do it . probably the most likely is the Chinese if they want a look - this is what happened with NTU. but it's too risky for big players to hit it yet
