Since Robin has seized greater control I've been seeing a lot of moves that make me really happy. Increased focus on the product & modernising the tech stack (ES rearchitecture and move to AWS detailed in 2015 AR). Signing up consulting/distribution partners for EnviroSuite to increase global reach (MOU with HDR). Having the confidence in our product to present at relevant conferences and show off the awesome stuff PEH has built to the masses (https://www.pacific-environment.com/news/international-opportunities-for-envirosuite/).

The flux in leadership has been overly received poorly by the market and taken as risk, that much is evident from the SP. But look at it through another lens and the changes make sense and are necessary and good. This company is not what it was 10, 5 or even 3 years ago, and we need new faces with different kinds of experience to help guide us to the next level. The markets folly is our opportunity, get in.
