I had the first 2 sections of flue replaced under warranty today.
The second one up from the heater was bulging and opening up along the seam. That was allowing it to slip down into the section below, so I had to stop using it until they could replace it.
When I had my last business, warranty claims took priority over all other work to minimise the customer's inconvenience and maximise their satisfaction with our service to them. 2 weeks and several follow up calls, a requested photo sent and a shop visit to inspire action doesn't encourage me to use them again.
Let's hope I don't have to.
