Interesting I'm not sure how the double strike against remuneration would work and now is it a pointless vote, given Crescent control the majority vote (along with the other institutionals). Even if it got through they would just renominate themselves for the board, but would make it interesting, perhaps we should nominate Friendly Dwarf as he would provide some entertainment. The one I find most fascinating is Forbes as he was the Cardno CFO during the spending binge.
