Yes interesting presentation by EAR today. May have pulled off a very good deal for their shareholders.

MKO resource of 521,587 oz compared to EAR resource of 325,957 oz.

MKO comes out on top in terms of indicated, inferred and total resource AND they have a higher grade. Yet the deal values both companies equally at about $38m.

Oh ... I almost forgot. MKO also has an excellent, fully operational plant with a replacement value of $100m, including roads, infrastructure and accommodation for 200 staff.
