Sale of Willoughby site doesn't settle until Oct17 - I had thought it was this month - so known specific items for the current six months will be net negative to the tune of $60mil unless they revalue the Willoughby site to the contracted sale value.
Anyway this doesn't affect the dividend payout figure which is based on NPAT pre-specific items.
