He is. My understanding from what I had read on previous YBR that Bouris is not on a conventional employment contract. He is not technically an employee but a consultant who fulfils the role of Exec Chairman. I stand to be corrected but my assessment is that in addition to the tax benefits, I suspect this could be a fall back to avoid the 2 strikes rule on comp under ASX rules I mentioned in an earlier post. I could be wrong and this is my personal assessment.
