yesterday i wrote off WIN as a dud & the takeover a chance for Creasy to pocket $5.6M
but, on 2nd thoughts, if Creasy has made a new find (as rumored) near the WIN ground (see my more recent posts) then he is acting to give IGO the other 72% of WIN on the cheap
in other words, he is depriving the other 72% of WIN shareholders the big profit they would receive from holding WIN shares
if a new strike is made on WIN ground in the future, near a recent new rumored Creasy strike, then the WIN board will have acted unethically in unanimously recommending accepting the takeover
Michael Fotios previous interest may confirm the rumour of the new Creasy find
if it turns out as such, the WIN board will be in big trouble
however, somehow I doubt the above scenario. i doubt the WIN would act unethically if there was no benefit for themselves. that would be really stupid & it would also be really stupid on behalf of Mark Creasy and would tarnish his reputation
