Timeframes is my answer CjsfromNSW; as individuals we can be patient for years, whereas any fund manager has to report performance on a month-by-month basis. And if you are an investor restricted to a shorter-term timeframe (i.e. <2 years) then TFC does have a number of clear risk factors to the shareprice that can be acted upon by shorting.
