Have a look at this for some basic info.
It is one of the more recognizable TA pattern and you can see this quite clearly on the HSN chart for the month. Ascending triangle for HSN indicates bullish nature and showing narrower range over time in sp variation. The graph price range has been constricting and we could very possibly go past our all time high until we see a break in trend or during a consolidation/retrace phase.
